Senior Parents,

1. Banners- If your student picked up their banner today, please have them return it before noon on Friday, May 22nd.  We would like to have the banners on display through the weekend, so feel free to come and take your banner on Monday, May 25^th.
2. Graduation-Your student should have received a day and time slot for their virtual graduation. Please email me at clogsdon@litchfieldpanthers.org if you are unsure about their day and time.

4. Graduates- If you are an honor grad or a member of National Honor Society you will receive your items once you enter the building.

• Please enter behind the Middle School and check in. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Once you are checked in and it’s close to your time you will be told to drive to the west doors.
• Please remain in your vehicle until you are instructed to enter the building. Once you enter the building, you are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
• Please limit family size to 4 people per graduate.

Per ISBE and State guidance, they are as followed:

• All persons are to have masks and will be asked to wear them in the building.
• Participants being filmed will be allowed to remove masks but will be social distanced.
• An opportunity to take pictures will be provided to students (at their expense) after they receive their diplomas. Only parents will be allowed to take pictures with graduates.
• No more than 10 people, will be allowed in the ceremony area this includes workers, administration, spectators and students.

• When it is your turn to enter the gym you will see an X on the floor where you are to stand until Mr. Hoster calls your name to receive your diploma.
• Your family will see 4 X’s on the floor that are properly socially distanced behind the camera so they can watch you accept your diploma.
• Once you receive your diploma, you will follow the arrow over to answer the questions that were sent to you via email last week. Once you have participated in the Q & A session, you will then exit the building by the girls’ locker room.
• Please go back to your vehicle and leave the premises so we can keep up with the flow of traffic.
• Please remember that we are unable to have restrooms available due to state guidelines.
