Litchfield CUSD #12 now offers the option to make payments as part of the Online registration process. A separate but linked account with Revtrak.com is required and can be created during the process. During this account creation your student's Skyward "Other ID" will be required. This information can be found under the "Student Info" tab and the "Other ID" field or your student's ID card.

We are pleased to inform you that all schools in the Litchfield CUSD #12 district will be participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the current school year.

What does this mean for you and your children attending the school(s) identified above?  

Great news for you and your students!  All enrolled students of every school in the district are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of the this school year. No further action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit an application.

Extra milk at schools: $.50 per half pint

If you believe you qualify for a fee waiver for registration, please complete the form and return it to your child’s school.

Medical Requirements:

Prek- school physical by October 15th, up-to-date immunization records and a lead result

K- school physical by October 15th , up-to-date immunization records, lead result (if not already turned in during prek), vision exam and dental exam by May 1

2nd-Dental exam by May 1

6th- school physical by October 15th, TDap and Meningitis vaccine and Dental exam by May 1st

9th - school physical by October 15th and dental exam by May 1st

12th- 2nd meningitis vaccine
